We measure our movers’ temperature before they leave for work. If it is higher than normal, we send them home not to the field. We sanitize our carriers regularly. All our movers wear mask and gloves and follow all safety rules.
Please note that we will not be held liable if one of our customers or a member of the community falls sick, due to COVID-19. You use our business at your own risk, and we are not accountable for any illness, injury, or death.
We do not charge more be it a weekend or weekday unlike other players in the moving industry. We always suggest our clients to schedule the relocation on Sunday as there is less traffic. Otherwise try it on the middle of the week as many people do not plan it on these days, thereby giving you more options for elevator times.
To be fair, we work on a first come, first serve basis. Thus the earlier you book your move with us the better your chances that we accept it. We take booking minimum seven days before your plan date. You can contact us first to make sure we are available. We will confirm you as soon as possible whether we can help or not.
Certainly, Yes. You can seamlessly reschedule it to a date when we are free. When it comes to cancellation, you can cancel it too but it should be seven days prior to the scheduled date.
Bad weather potentially affects the delivery window as roads get blocked in severe weather conditions. For any other reasons, weather does not affect your move.
Our packing and moving prices depend on so many factors. In order to get a correct estimate from us with no hidden fees, we seek cerain things like the amount of items needed to be moved, distance, packing and unpacking solutions.
